Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Topfolio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit a portfolio. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
The service
Topfolio is a public portfolio leaderboard. Creators submit a portfolio URL and may purchase a position through a verified bid. Topfolio may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Submissions
When submitting a portfolio, you confirm that:
- You own the work or have permission to submit and promote it.
- The URL and details you provide are accurate and do not impersonate another person or business.
- The portfolio does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Topfolio may display the submitted name, URL, category, and related ranking information publicly.
Bids and ranking
A portfolio's all-time leaderboard position is determined by its highest verified single payment processed through Dodo Payments. Bids are not cumulative unless Topfolio explicitly states otherwise. A higher verified payment may move another portfolio above yours at any time.
A payment purchases leaderboard placement under the current ranking rules; it does not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, or a fixed position for any period.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments and are subject to Dodo Payments's applicable checkout terms. Except where required by law, verified bids are final and non-refundable because ranking placement begins when payment is confirmed. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported promptly through the contact below.
Prohibited use
- Submitting illegal, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious, or rights-infringing content.
- Manipulating visitor or click counts, interfering with ranking systems, or attempting fraudulent payments.
- Scraping, overloading, probing, or disrupting Topfolio's infrastructure.
- Using the service to distribute malware, phishing pages, or unsolicited promotions.
Moderation and removal
Topfolio may reject, hide, recategorize, or remove any submission and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or preserve leaderboard integrity. Removal for a terms violation does not automatically entitle the submitter to a refund.

Portfolio links lead to independent third-party sites. Topfolio does not endorse, control, or guarantee their content, availability, security, or practices. You visit external sites at your own risk.
Disclaimers and liability
Topfolio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or specific results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Topfolio and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Termination and changes
You may stop using Topfolio at any time. We may suspend access or remove submissions that violate these terms. We may revise these terms as the service evolves; continued use after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revision.
